Vehicle makes alarm type of sound

I recently let someone change the oil on my car and now every time I crank it up or before turning the car back off it makes a certain alarm type of sound. I don’t know what’s this sound or how to stop it.

It’s coming from inside and yes I uploaded a sound of it.

Hi,

That would be enough to drive a person crazy. LOL By any chance, do you have distance sensors indicating when something is behind you?

Also, do you have an extra ignition key? If you do switch them and see if that stops it. A weak battery in the key can set off an alarm.
