I started the car and pulled out of the driveway. When I reached the
bump from pulling out the car died. No clicking from the
fuel pump when I try to starting the car so I thought maybe fuel pump,
Although I noticed the alarm system light is on and
steady. Able to crank but does not start. Added starter fluid
and it turned over and quickly died obviously. I leave the key in on position, but light does not turn off.

If the light is not flashing then you have a hard fault in the system. You will need a professional scan tool to access the stored codes for that. A generic code reader will not work on those.
