Soft top not secured when the is moving forward/backwards. When in park or stand in still the message disappears.

Hello,
There are several micro switches which could become faulty and cause this message to show up.
The best thing to do is perform a CAN scan- Controller Area Network on your vehicle to retrieve all vehicle fault codes. A CAN scan will test all the systems on your vehicle including the warning systems you have mentioned for your convertible top. Here is a tutorial showing how to perform a CAN scan:

Once you perform this get back to us with any fault codes and fault code numbers and that will help us diagnose the convertible top issue you are having.
