Smoking after oil change

I changed the oil and it started to bellow white and bluish smoke. I have noticed a dripping of water from exhaust, but no oil in water or water in oil whatsoever. It smells similar to oil but antifreeze. When motor is first started it does not smoke, when it warms up top operating temperature it smokes. Have noticed when it does that, water level in radiator drops a little but not much. Have been it is valve seals, another says head gasket, another says exhaust manifold gasket and yet another says valve guides. It does not make any noises from motor either.

Hello,

This could be a problem with your head gasket. I say this because the only other way to get coolant introduced into your vehicle's engine combustion chamber is to have a crack in the water jacket of either your engine block or cylinder head.
