Smoke coming out of exhaust more than normal?

Hi,

White smoke from the exhaust can often indicate a failed head gasket. If engine coolant enters the combustion chamber, it will produce white smoke.

Yeah, that did help me out did help me out. I do not have any coolant leaking anywhere externally that I can see. and my engine oil looks fine so I'm thinking it is just a slight leak.

Did you try a pressure tester? This guide can help you find the leak, use a flashlight and check the bottom of the water pump and the radiator. With the steam though it might be a head gasket.

Okay, i don't have a pressure tester but i am taking it to a local mechanic now that you've helped me narrow it down. Thanks for the info and your time.

You can rent one form the auto part store for cheap or free, but let me know what the repair shop says, I am interested.
