SMOKE BLACK WHEN IDLE AND ACCELERATION

When i start the car and it at idle, a black smoke comes from the exhaust.And when i accelerate too, the smoke becomes very huge. Also, when i drive the car, the black smoke comes from the exhaust and sometimes, it jerks too. ANY HELP TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM, I WILL BE GRANTED. THANKS
