Slow door locks

It takes at least 20 seconds holding the button on the key-fob to lock or unlock. The door buttons work just fine and function immediately. The key-fob is just extremely slow. I bought new batteries for both the fobs I own, and it is still extremely slow. Does anyone have any advice to try and diagnose the issue?

Hello,

It sounds like there is possibly an aftermarket accessory interfering with the remote keyless entry system. I found that there was a TSB regarding this, which I've attached below. It advises checking for any aftermarket devices that may be causing interference, like cell phone chargers.
