2006 Skoda Octavia difficult to choose from

hi.. i am from india, kerala from cochin city.
Am planning to buy a used car
my choices are
skoda octavia RS 1.8T and the
honda accord..!!!
I like the skoda octavia rs the more coz of its unmatching power!!!
A friend of mine has an accord, 2001 ex model.
its a modified one
here are its features..
its a silver grey colour, 2.3l engine, automatic transmission, power steering, power window, abs, climate control ac, 6 srs airbags, full leather interior with wooden panel, performance , k&n filters, full stailless steel headers, custom exhausters, skirts front and back, spoilers and a front mesh, flame thrower,a pioneer head unit(usb), subwoofer, with a 4channel amplifier..
its delivering a mileage of 10kml..

K now let me come into the matter..
Actually i am confused..
what am i supposed to do.. whether i should go for it or the skoda octavia rs 1.8t (FACTORY BUILD)..??
price for honda accord the are asking for is 5 lakhs.. and for the skoda is 5.5 lakhs.
pls help me decide among the two cars at the earliest
