When you go to start the van all you hear is a single click and nothing else. I had the battery checked it it came out good, i went ahead and replaced the starter but it did not resolve the problem. The engine did run out of oil but when attaching a socket to the fly wheel I was able to turn the motor with about 25 pounds of force. I'm not sure what else could be the problem. I tried putting the van in different gears including neutral but nothing.
