Do not see a fuse “h” I have replaced the 30 amp start fuse , and the 120 battery fuse. These let the engine turnover.
Have spark and fuel pump tested working.

If “H” fuses are the mini fuses, they all are good.

H was for the ignition switch which in turn feeds the ignition coils red wires.
Do you have voltage to the fuel injectors with the key on run?

At the red wire for either fuel injector.
Although it is fed from the very same fuse H in that underhood fuse and fusible link box.
perhaps you blew 1 of the fuses for the pcm.

It's actually called an ecm and it is located under the center of the dash.
The fuses for it however are located under the hood in that fuse and fusible link box.
They are fuses #57 and #58 and a fuse K.
Then there is a #33, #13, #17 in the I/P fuse block, located behind the left side of dash.

yes, fuel problem.
7.5a is just the amperage of the fuse.
The location of the fuses I already mentioned.
But now since you know it's a fuel problem, does the fuel pump run for 2 seconds once you first turn the key to run or not?
If not, check the fuel pump fuses, they are #32 and #17 in the I/P fuse block.
