Shifter stuck in park

good morning.

On the console, there is a slot that you can insert the key to release the interlock if that is what is causing your issue. have you tried this?

also, if it is not the interlock preventing this issue, it may be the cable from the shifter to the transmission that is causing this problem. the cable seizes up inside the casing not allowing movement of the shifter to select any gears.
