moving gears is slipping off sometimes when I put it in park

So I am sure you can just replace the shifter handle but just to make sure we understand what is happening, can you get a picture of what is happening? I am not sure if the entire stalk is coming out of just the handle part at the end. If we get a picture, I am sure we can come up with a way to repair it.
