It shakes when I accelerate at any speed but when I let off of the gas it stops. It is not the tires.

Does the check engine light come on when it shakes? If yes it is likely a misfire in one or more cylinders.
If no, does it shake if you apply throttle while setting still? Does it shake more or less as it shifts into a higher gear? Are there any noises or sounds as it shakes?
