Shakes Engine and doesn't go in reverse

So as the subject says the car doesn't go in reverse.
Also when you first turn it on it runs fine but when you turn it off then back on it decreases in power and the engine starts to shake.

it sounds like the trans has an internal failure for reverse. it could be a bad clutch pack.

as far as the engine rough, check for any vacuum leaks as that is the most common failure
