service ride control message

z-95 suspension ,adjusted torsion bar ride height to correct dimension in front and installed new magnetic front shocks the service ride control message was not coming on before this was done. now it is coming on. why would this cause this to happen? does the system need to be reset due to adjustment of torsion bar? could the new shocks have caused this? and yes i am well aware of codes and code readers.

No the system does not read height control. Can you check the ABS wheel speed sensor/shock connectors you must have bumped one of them and it has become disconnected, also check the wiring and get back to me.

as stated in original question I replaced both front shocks a placed connectors on them, it does have height/ movement readers on all four corners no it doesn't control the height but uses this to send signal to each shock, this should be in the chassis control module, their was a code for speed sensor eratic left front I replaced sensor this should be connected in the abs module my local auto stores code scanner was able to pull the codes for abs but they cant pull any codes off the chassis module ive ordered scanner that claims it should read eng, abs, airbag and propriatery default codes I'm hoping this will help other wise its off to Chevrolet and there expensive by the hour rate
