Can you explain, "not lining up"? Do you mean the belt is too long? Can you see the belt not sitting squarely on a pulley, or it is peeking out to one side when you sight down from on top?

The best I can suggest is to look for any pulley where the belt is not sitting straight on it. That pulley or the one right before it is tipped or turned, usually due to a worn bearing. That mostly affects idler and tensioner pulleys. Also, consider that most pulleys are painted black, and that paint only wears off where the belt was running before. Look for a pulley where the belt is running on a painted area. That will show any pulley where the belt has changed position recently.
