Serpentine belt replacement

Hi, I have the car listed above SE model and I'm trying to replace the serpentine belt as part of the 100,000 maintenance for the car. I know where the tensioner is and which way to rotate it but it refuses to budge. Any thoughts?

DRIVE BELT - REPAIR PROCEDURES
Removal
Remove the drive belt.
Using the wrench, turning the drive belt tensioner (A) counterclockwise.

Disconnect the drive belt (A).

Remove the drive belt tensioner (A) and then remove the drive belt (B).

Yep except the tensioner won't budge at all.

If it is locked, it will need to be replaced. Since the belt may be too tight to get off, you may need to cut it off.

Here are directions for replacing the tensioner. The attached pic correlates with the directions.

DRIVE BELT TENSIONER - REPAIR PROCEDURES
Removal and Installation
Disconnect the drive belt.

(You may need to cut your belt off)

Remove the drive belt tensioner (A).
Tightening torque :
center bolt :
29.4 - 41.2 N.m (3.0 - 4.2 kgf.m, 21.7 - 30.4 lb-ft)
fxing bolt :
39.2 - 49.0 N.m (4.0 - 5.0 kgf.m, 28.9 - 36.2 lb-ft)

Install in the reverse order of removal.

So the one in the center is like a star and then the bolt to the left both have to come off. correct?

Yes. They both need to be removed. I believe the one in the middle is a reverse torx.
