Good morning.
Do you mean the belts are still on and with the engine running the belts are not moving?
Can you give me all the specifics you can?

Okay, thanks.
It sounds like the harmonic balancer key has failed and it is not connected to the crankshaft.
See if the bolts are not broken for the pulley.

I would but I tried starting it last night and it sounded bad so I hurried up and shut it off. I cannot really explain noise.

I know the drive pulley was wobbling.

If it runs and the pulley is not turning, it may be the pin in the pulleys that has broken. My question is why? The pulley may be loose.
You are going to need to remove the belts and then remove the four bolts for the pulleys and then the center bolt for the balancer.

Okay, after I remove the center bolt for the balancer will it reveal the PIN?

Yes, the pulley should just pull off. Then we can see what is damaged.

Both belts are off all pulleys are okay, except for the crankshaft pulley. It is wobbling and loose and there are six bolts. Also, there is a screw that looks like a pin would go in it. Here is a video to belts still look good too.

The six bolts hold the balancer to the timing gear. The timing belt runs behind that. The center bolt will release the balancer when you remove it.
That loose pulley is my concern. Cannot see it to well.

Did you take the pulleys off and the center bolt out?

No, I have not gotten to, I have been getting off work too late. I knew you were wanting a video with a better look so I took that when I got off work last night. I will try to get off work early so I can take the pulleys and center bolt off. When I take all that off will it mess with the timing?

Just do not remove the cog gear with the belt. Leave it there.
