Can you identify the two sensors below?

What are they for, and is the name?

The pictures are not very clear.
Would it please be possible to remove the black engine cover and take another, close up, picture of the sensor in question?

Regarding the blue sensor on the transmission, I have looked at various pictures of this automatic transmission and cannot see any related sensors fitted. Your vehicle should be equipped with the 4 speed ZF 4 HP-16 transmission, see picture below.

Is something not working on your vehicle? Are there any fault codes set?
