Where are the locations of the Oil Control VVT Valve Engine Intake, and the Exhaust Variable Timing Solenoid?

Here are the manuals for these components. They don't give a great view of where they are on the engine but they are on the front of the camshafts. So look to the tops of the cylinder heads and they should be on the front of the camshaft themselves.
