There is a sensor located top left of oil filter what is it?

Good morning,

It is the oil pressure sender unit.

Do you have an issue with the sensor?

Yes, I see fluid running out and my engine overheats at times.

I attached a picture for you to view.

You can get it at any parts store. Remove the connector and remove the sensor.

Wow, it will take a lot to bring it back.

You will need to change every fluid in the car.

You will need to replace the tires.

You will need to replace the battery.

You will need to change the fuel tank, pump, new fuel, flush all the lines, and possibly the injectors.

It will not be cheap to bring this back to life.

Are you willing to do all this?

Already doing it belts, hoses and looking for anything liking is very difficult but it's a great year for Lincoln and is a great car.
