engine has a high idle speed?

Hello, I have the car listed above with 5a-fe engine. it has a high idle speed that's about 1,500 RPMs both when hot and cold. Tried replacing throttle body, ECU but still the problem remains, what could be the issue? Thanks

When you say throttle body did you replace the IAC motor? Toyotas had a problem with this part. please watch this video to show you and I have included a guide and the location of the IAC for your car in the images below.

Also, please disconnect the throttle cable to see if the problem goes away which means the cable is too tight. Check out the images (below). Please upload pictures or videos in your response to the problem so we can see what's going on.

I have disconnected the cable but still the problem remains.

Did you change out or clean the IAC unit? Did you watch the video?
