Truck wont take off in drive (D). Only In first (1) once the truck takes off in first and i shift to 2nd or (D) it runs perfect with no problems or noises.
when i get to a complete stop i have to repeat that process again!
I have checked the fluid level and its good, i also changed the transmission filters the one inside and out. When changed the inside filter i checked for broken pieces or any that could cause the problem but the fluid was clean, dirty but clean.
and i also notice that the (D) light on the dashboard doesn't turn on when its in drive. all of the others do.
would the valve body or solenoids cause this problem?? or any other transmission sensor?
