security system reset

I attached the information about the system which states the way to disarm the system is to unlock the vehicle with the fob or turn the ignition to the on position. If none of this works I assume the key is the issue which will require to be replaced because it does not appear they can be reprogrammed.

The next step I would suggest is to have the codes checked and see if it is telling us what the issue is. Let me know what they are and we can go from there. Thanks
