How can I reset or bypass my car security system? My car has the 1kr-fe engine, KSP90.

Normally this needs to be done with a scanner that can access the security protocol often this is a dealer only function, was the car broken into? was a cloned fob used? any information on why the security system activated in the first place will be a help.
