I bought the car and the person I got it from had removed the front passenger seat. And some how got one of the tracks all the way forward and the other track is all the way back. The track in the forward position is stuck and won't move so I can't bolt the seat down on that side because the holes don't line up.

Are they manual or electric seat rails ? If they're electric then you might need a diagram let us know.
so you might need to take the seat back out of the car, then you need to un latch the truck that's stuck and tap the end of the track with a rubber mallet you'll most likely get them to slide back again unless its been damaged.
If there's a return spring on it you might need to temporarily remove it so it can slide freely (sometimes) there should be a latch there you can retract with a the lever, if not a small screwdriver to release the track so it can slide again. watch your fingers. good luck hope, this helps.

Ok look to see if on the bottom by the tracks if theres what looks like a release mechanism locking it in place looks like a metal hook of sorts
Also you can just plug it in and try to control it with the forward and back botons ..somtime it has to unlock when you do that
Please be arful while testing the seat
While I look for a diagram for you
