The seat belt alarm continually chimes when moving?

This happens with both seat belts buckled. it stops when car stops.

It is common for the driver's side seat belt buckle to go bad and the switch inside to stop working, which is what the seat belt warning system uses to stop the warning. Here is how to change the part out to help fix the problem. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
