Hi, no matter I do that seat belt dings it stops for a little bit and then starts and goes on for like forever. I do wear my seat belt.

Hi,
The seat belt buckle has a switch inside it that when you put the belt in it, it turns off the chime. When that switch fails, it does not know that the belt was plugged in. Unfortunately, the only repair is to replace the buckle.
I am trying to locate a procedure for replacing the seat belt buckle but I am not finding one in Alldata. I will look for a video if you are going to attempt to replace it yourself.
