2005 Saturn Vue clicking noise on cold start

I had my oil changed last week. After about 3-4 days when I start the car it makes a clicking noise that increases with acceleration for a few minutes until the engine warms up. I have checked the oil level and it reads full. I have no warning lights. The car accelerates fine.
