I have an 03 Saturn Vue, about 3 weeks ago my dash lights went out and now my tail lights are out. I have blinkers, hazards, brake lights, head light, DTR, reverse lights, everything else works. What could be the problem?

Hello,

There are 4 fuses that run the system I would check all of them to start. Then I would cycle the hazard switch become the contacts get a little corroded which will make the lights not work.

Here are some guides that will help you get the tail lights.

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-use-a-test-light-circuit-tester

Also I see the BCM controls these circuits to test for power output there to confirm the BCM failure.

Please let us know what you find. I'm interested to see what it is.

Cheers, Ken

Check the Park Lamp fuse (10A), in the fuse panel in the middle of the dash. It powers all the marker lamps if that's okay The BCM is bad

My 2003 Saturn Vue has no tail lights or dash lights. I have brake lights, turn signals, headlights, hazard lights, and lights when I'm backing up. I had the fuses checked, and they are all good. What can be the problem?

welcome to the forum. Did you use a testlite on the parklamp fuse, there should be voltage? You may need to check the voltage feed to and from the combination switch. If that checks out, I suspect the combination switch or wiring in steering column.

I had the fuses checked at the Advanced Auto Part store since I can't get it into the shop until tomorrow. They are going to check the voltage when I go in. I was just trying to get some info so I would be more knowledgeable.
Thank you.

Hi, if you have a testlite, you can check for voltage. Not very expensive.

Yes it was put in correctly and the fuse for the lights are fine it even was checked by a mechanic and he can't find what's wrong. And the lights were working fine until I replaced the part and even bought another part and it did the same thing front headlight, high beams n signal work but not the dash or park lights
