99 Saturn sl2 and when you are driving it pulls to the right but not all the time. Had Ball Joints and tie rods done last year. Had the brakes changed issue got worse. New tires still not good. what i have notices is the steering wheel is in a 1 oclock position and was thinking now that all the other stuff was done it needed a front end alighnment. But the car tracks perfect before and after the pull.
Ok so the steering wheel is in the 1 oclock position you get the pull and it goes to the right you adjust and now the steering wheel is in the 12 oclock position. and tracks perfectly strait till you get the pull again.
