1998 Saturn SL2 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 90.000 miles

my battery went dead and now the alarm has triped the engine cutoff and dont know how to reset

Are u sure it's a factory alarm?it doesn't sound like one did ur battery in the car go dead or was it ur key remote?what is the number on the back of ur remote?did u replace the battery?are ur battery cables clean and tight? Do u have. Test light or multimeter to do some testing?if so what do u have?
