1996 Saturn SL2 Vibration when braking

Hi,

This problem seemed to start suddenly.
When we press the brake pedal the car vibrates. It happens at highway speeds all the way down to around 25 mph.
I need to know if this is a safety issue.
We have new Michelin's on the front.

you need to take your car to a shop quickly, your problem is anything from tar on your rotor to a loose or broken tie rod - that is in charge of stabilizing your car during braking and turning.
