Instrument & Brake lights on same fuse. Fuse keeps blowing. What coule problem be. Thank you.

Which fuse is blowing?Because the brake light's and the dash light's are on different fuse's.Let me know what the fuse is called and how fast it blow's.For example as soon you turn on the dash light's etc.
