1995 Saturn SL2 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive 100,00 miles

I cannot locate the correct fuse other than the radio one which I changed. I took to best buy and was told that it was the constant fuse? where can i locate this one.

back of the head unit itself may have one , some do some don't
