1995 Saturn SL2 Checking the Fan

My car is overheating and I just replaced the thermostat. I think it could be the fan. How could I check if its good or not. Thanks

turn the A/C to full blast and the cooling fan should come on automatically. if you don't have A/C then you will have to supply direct 12v to the fan to see if it comes on.

I turned on the ac and the fan doesn't turn on. Btw I charged my ac. I am just wandering if it's a connector or the fan. How could I tell?

first check the fuse. if its OK then check the cooling fan relay(s).

your cooling fan relay is in the engine compartment fuse / relay block.

will have to supply 12v directly to the fan by running some wire from your battery terminals to the fan
