1993 Saturn SL2 White smoke out of exhaus6t

Hi i have a 1993 saturn sl2. i recently had an oil change done to the car and the next day when i started the car alot of white smoke started coming out of the tail pipe. its been doing the same thing every time i start it when the engine is cold. but when its warmed up the smoke is very minimal. the car never did that before and it runs good just that alot of smoke comes out when the car is cold. do you have any idea what it could be?
