Broken rocker arm repair cost?

Hi,

I have the directions but for some reason, no parts and labor. I can tell you it isn't a quick job. I would expect it to take approximately 3-4 hours.

If you look at the attachments below, they are specific to the replacement. I don't know if it is something you are comfortable doing, but I thought I would add them.
