When i am driving my 2001 saturn, i always have a problem with acceleration. When i try to take off from a full stop wherher the car is warm or cold, the acceleration is fine, but when i am moving, i have a really hard time accelerating no matter what speed i'm at even when the pedal is floored. This problem is even worse on a hill. I'm replacing the old spark plugs but i really think its a bad fuel pump or pressure regulator. ANY ideas would be appreciated.
