Steering problem
2000 Saturn SL1 Automatic 170000 miles

the other day during a snow storm, i was on my way home. i went to turn at an intersection and skid up onto a curb hitting my right front side. i couldn't have been doing any more than 10 MPH. i got out right away and looked at the front. everything seemed to be fine. the next morning i went to drive it and my steering was crooked. the a strange noise was coming from the front. the only way i could drive straight was it my steering wheel was slanted to the right.
could i hae bent my axle?

it's unlikely that you bent your axle, but you bent something.

items to check,
lower control arm
steering knuckle
tie rod end
strut
wheel

may have also damaged the wheel bearing
