Electrical problem
1996 Saturn SL1 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic
I have a 1996 Saturn Sl 1.The service wrech light is always on.My data lonk connector doesn't work,no does trunk latch or my interior lights.I was told it was throwing the code p1650.When I went to autozone they hook up there scan tool and it said that my data link connector wasn't responding to there scan tool,so I took it to the school were my i am taking automotive courses at and they hook up this big scan tool that cost at least 5,000.00 and it the code read was P1650 Driver 2-Input High Voltage.Can anyone tell me how to fix this problem.My interior light trunk latch,and data connector link don't work at all,I have to open the trunk manually with my key instead hitting the trunk latch and the trunk comes up can anyone help me with this problem?
