1995 Saturn SL1 plugs

Is the oil on the plug where the spark plug wire hooks on?or is it on the tip of the plug where it screws into the cylinder?let me know.

So do u have blue smoke comming out of the tail pipe all the time while driving?sometimes or only when u first start it up?let me know.

when it first starts

If it only happens at start up then it's valve stem seals.but I have never seen them so bad make the plug ends full of oil.how much oil do u use in a 3,000 mile oil change?

little over 300 miles on new oil change.was 2qt before that.running rough now first plug dry,other 3 look like you dipped them in oil

Sounds like u have some worn rings.are ur spark plugs facing striaght up or are ur plugs facing towards u?

Great pics looks like u have a sl2 not a sl1 the. Sl2 is a twin cam looks like what's happening is ur valve cover gasket is leaking down onto ur spark plugs and into ur spark plug holes when u took the plugs out.if u replace ur valve cover gasket u will be ok.
