HELP PLEASE!!!!

My saturn has over 250,000miles on it, and within the past year, it has started to act up.
While driving, when the engine heats up to a certain temperature the car will start to buck and jump. I got one of my friends to look at it and he gave it a tune up and changed the coil pack and map sensor, and that seemed to fix it for a few months. My car just started doing it again, and i don't know what i should do.
I also changed the air filter, but i don't know if that helped any...

Could be caused by one of the following below

Oxygen sensor.
Catalytic converter.
Fuel injectors dirty/sticking.
Mass airflow sensor/Airflow meter.
Throttle position sensor.
Crankshaft position sensor
Knock sensor
Manifold absolute pressure sensor.
EGR Valve
Fuel pressure regulator leaking or defective fuel pump.
False air leakage.
Fuel contamination.
Foul/defective spark plugs.
Open spark plug wires.
Ignition coil/Coil packs defective.
Incorrect ignition timing.
Cap and rotor.

Note:If it doesn't apply disregard it
