Hillo I have 1996 Saturn 4door 4cyl sedan . Is not crank over I put new starter new trans natural safety switch new battry and new natural safety switch conector I have voltage input and out put stel not cranking

Check and test ign fuse no.3 30amp if okay the only thing you haven't replace is the ignition switch-check and test it
