2002 Saturn SC2 Changed battery now car won't start

My car battery died a little bit ago. We jump started & it was fine & didn't think anything about it, until trying to start my car again later & had to jump start it again. Got it started (stupidly turned car off to unhooked the cables) & car wouldn't turn on. Tried to jump start it again, & accidentally switched the neg. & pos. on the other car's battery. Which is probably the reason for my problem. New battery & car lights power and everything work, just can't get the car to ignite and start. I've looked at all the fuses (underhood & in the car) they're fine. Not out of gas, and I don't have the tools to check the spark plugs yet. I'm pretty sure I've shorted something out. I just need some direction to what else to check, or if you know what my problem is.
*Also we had to change the pos. header because the connection was corroded and the header had fallen off, but I do know that the car is getting power.

If its cranking over and will not start-do below and comeback with some results

Disconnect a sparkplug wire or 2 and ground it to the engine -have helper crank engine over-do you have a snapping blue spark? If so-you have a fuel related problem, check the fuel pressure to rule out the fuel filter/fuel pump/pressure regulator and listen to the injector/s are they pulsing or hook up a noid light. No snapping blue spark continue to troubleshoot the ignition system-power input to the coil/coil packs,coil's resistances,cap and rotor /distributor pick-up coil, ignition control module, ECM,Ignitor camshaft and crankshaft sensors- Note: If it doesn't apply disregard it

Went all the way to the coils and still no spark. I'm thinking that I might have fried either the coils or the computer. My Dad brought a code key and each time it says error.

Also there seems to be no fuel pressure, then again if the computer is fried then there wouldn't be any.

No spark and fuel -you need to bring the vehicle in could very well be the ignition control module, crankshaft position sensor a wiring problem or the computer.

Try this as a last resort -check and test all the fusible links one could have blown when polarity was reversed. BTW TY for the feedback and Good Luck
