2001 Saturn SC2 Automatic

I am looking at buying a 2001 SC2 with a 1.9 Litre, however the motor is blown and I do have a 1996 SL2 with a 1.9 Litre also, will it be possible to swap motors?

First of all thank you so much for your donation.I recommend you use the same year and a twin cam engine like you have in there now.When ever we put in used engine's at the saturn dealer i worked at we always used the same year and engine type.
