Engine Performance problem
1999 Saturn SC2 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic
I am unable to get my car to turn over. The spark plugs, wiring, coil pack, control module, crankshaft position senor have recently been changed in the past few weeks. The fuel pump and fuel filter where changed last year and after they were changed the car ran for a bit then wouldn't start. When you turn the key, it tries to start and won't turn over. I am wondering if the fuel pump and filter may be bad, and if there is a way to test them without removing them from the vehicle. When you turn the key to on, you don't hear the fuel pump humming at all. What else may be the problem? Thank you
