I just replaced the 1.9 DOHC engine in my 1997 saturn with a 1995 1.9 DOHC. It ran for about 30 minutes and then quit. I checked to make sure all grounds and connectors are connected. What do I need to do to get it running again?

I replaced the 1995 fuel rail and injectors with the 1997 fuel rail and injectors and it has been running fine for hundreds of miles.
