1995 Saturn SC2 oil in the antifreeze

I get oil mix in w/my antifreeze .I took it to a mechanic and he replaced the engine w/a 1998 engine ,replace the radiator ,water pump . and it still is happening the oil mixes in w/the antifreeze .antifreeze runs out fast need to add antifreeze constantly. what could it be

ur still getting oil in the coolant after all that work?ur loosing coolant can u see it on the ground?or is it getting into ur engine block?let me know.

From experience I can tell you that you either have blown the head gasket or damaged the heads.
