1999 Saturn SC1 Reverse Light Switch

1999 Saturn SC1 Manual

I have no reverse lights on my car. I know it is the reverse light switch because the bulbs and fuses are both good. I need to know where it is located and how to get to it. I also need to know how to fix it. Any pictures you may have of this will also help.
